Who we are
AAVATtype is a personality science product. If you have any question about your information, email hello@aavattype.com and a person will answer.
What we collect
- Your answers, if you complete a profile, along with the result generated from them.
- Your email address, if you give it to us to receive your result or to hear from us.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as the type of browser and device you used.
We do not ask for, and do not want, information about your health, your finances or your identity documents.
What we do with it
- To produce and show you your own profile.
- To send you what you asked for, and only that.
- To understand, in aggregate, which parts of the product help people, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you for anyone other than you.
Connections to social platforms
AAVATtype publishes its own content to its own social accounts using a private scheduling tool. This section explains that connection, because it involves third party platforms.
- The platforms we connect to are Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Those connections are to accounts AAVATtype owns. They are used to publish our own posts and to read the comments and statistics on our own posts.
- Access credentials for those accounts are stored on the operator's own computer, in a file readable only by that user account. They are not uploaded to any third party server and they are not stored on this website.
- We do not collect, store, share or sell information about other people's social media accounts.
- Credentials are deleted when an account is disconnected from the tool.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
How long we keep things
We keep your profile and your email address for as long as you want an account with us. Ask us to delete them and we will, and we will tell you when it is done.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from any email, using the link in it or by replying.
